The Grand Treviso is a luxury high-rise apartment building with 12 floors of living area above 5 floors of parking structure, encircled by a four story ‘village’ of wrap style apartments. The development is located in the heart of the Las Colinas business district. It is convenient to shops and restaurants, with direct access to the Canal. The penthouses offer elegant finishes with luxurious kitchens and bathrooms and feature panoramic views of downtown Dallas. The project received the 2003 McSam Award for Best Multi-Family Rental Community and was a finalist for the 2003 Pillars of the Industry Award for Best High-Rise Apartment Community. 246 Units

This project fills an important block that sits just north of the downtown core and just east of the TOD district. The design includes wide, tree-lined sidewalks along with active ground floor uses that incorporate large areas of glass walls. Furthermore, we have integrated arcades and awnings at the main streets to provide protected and enhanced pedestrian circulation options. The project as a whole adds 332 open-plan residential loft units to the downtown area, along with up to 10,000 SF of street-front retail shops base function such as dynamic live-work units. Parking is efficiently and discretely handled by creating an internal hidden deck for residents, along with off-street shaded spaces for visitors and guests. 332 Units

2828 Peachtree is located in in the center of Buckhead, near downtown Atlanta. The building rises elegantly from its five-story base, which houses the secured lobby and parking areas. Each unit is designed with walls of ceiling to floor windows and a private covered balcony that provides spectacular views.
